Successful PEM weekend workshop in Wellington!

An electric foundation workshop filled with joy and discovery this weekend in Wellington! One actress said, "I feel a new sense of respect for my body." Anotherย participant: "As a director, working with actors, I've had a concern for them hurting themselves or wearing themselves out. Now I have PEM - it is such a powerful tool."
