We are happy to announce that PEM is included into BA (Hons) Performance programme curriculum 2016 at Southampton Solent University as following:

‘The University strives to bring innovative and engaging teaching methods to students, and the course leader for the performing degree at Solent (Maggie Tarver), recently qualified as a Perdekamp Emotional Method (PEM) instructor – one of the first two UK certified instructors to qualify, meaning Solent is the only institution outside of London that can offer this new technique. Created by Stephan Perdekamp, this revolutionary system uses biological impulses and systems to access emotions without the need for actors to recall memories.’

Maggie Tarver about PEM: “To access emotions with ease and without attachment is the greatest gift you can give an actor. Organic and powerful, PEM can take a performance to levels rarely seen.”

Voted by students as one of the top creative universities in the UK, the Solent University strives to bring innovative and engaging teaching methods to students.

We look forward to sharing our knowledge with young actors!
