Here is what Eleni says about her experience with PEM:
“Being given a scholarship to train in PEM for a year was undoubtably an invaluable experience for me. PEM is an all-encompassing method which can be fused with both Meisner and Method acting approaches, to name but a few. It teaches you how to connect with your emotions in a fluid way, and simultaneously stops you from “getting stuck” in an uncomfortable state of mind for too long. That’s why I’d recommend PEM to everyone…not just to actors. It’s effective, it’s fun and above all, it’s safe.”
