On Sunday our very own Master Instructor Sarah Victoria and Instructor-in-Training Enna Blake attended the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC)to conduct a PEM workshop with asylum seekers.
We heard the deeply moving stories of these people who sought safety under horrifying circumstances.
It was a profound day of connection; learning how to access emotions through our biology, and to release tensions and energies from the body.
These are stories that must be heard, and we are very grateful to have helped these brave human beings to connect to their emotions and deliver their message.
