ABOUT THE 3-DAY WORKSHOP
In the lead-up to our 3-month program, we’re excited to offer special 3-day workshops exploring PEM’s groundbreaking approach to acting. Designed for actors seeking a more reliable approach to emotional performance, this workshop introduces our hallmark method for physically accessing authentic emotion—without relying on personal memories or psychological strain. Through carefully developed body-focused exercises, you’ll unlock your instrument, overcome personal restrictions, and expand your emotional range.
You’ll also explore practical application to text, emotional transitions and mixtures, group exercises, and techniques for cultivating physical presence. Train your instrument to be open, responsive, and emotionally available, equipping yourself with the tools to create powerful, repeatable performances for stage and screen.
Beyond performance, PEM offers a holistic approach to emotional awareness and artistic growth, helping you refine your craft while safeguard your wellbeing.
