Extremely transformative, insightful, and inspiring workshop! Sarah Victoria led us through the six basic emotions and more advanced mixture of them with grace and precision. I was impressed with the depth of knowledge she brought with her 20 years of experience and the clarity of her instruction. The container that Sarah and Blake created to delve deeper into PEM was a space where I could dive fully into, feeling seen and wholeheartedly cared for. PEM continues to astound me with its well of access into the most primal and intimate parts of myself, while threading into a knowing that the ensemble I’m with is deepening our connection as we collectively explore our shared humanity.

The experience that I received from PEM was something I’ve never experienced before, to be taught the levels of the emotions of the human being. Knowing that there’s a safe way to let the emotions move your impulses and choices as an artist.
